PROCEDURE FOR FILING CLAIMS

To help in the speedy result of your claim, we are implementing new procedures for filing claims for lost or damaged merchandise.  We also have made one person the contact for claims; please send all correspondence to the attention of Donna Puhalski. (dpuhalski@kubepak.com)

THE PROCEDURES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of materials.

Prompt notification is imperative, please call 609-259-3114.

When placing a claim on UPS or DHL shipments, the carriers require that all merchandise be inspected for damages upon receipt.

Please report any visible carton damage at once, if possible, before signing for material.

Please keep all damaged shipping materials, i.e.: box, as the carrier may send a representative to inspect the packaging. All UPS and DHL orders ship at the customer's risk.

Zinnia plugs are fragile and DO NOT box well. Kube-Pak Corp. will not be responsible for zinnia plugs shipping in a box.

Kube-Pak Corporation guarantees shipments made by our grower truck only.

If you have a claim regarding a grower truck delivery have the driver call our office before leaving your location. Grower truck deliveries will not be made to unattended locations without prior permission.

Kube-Pak Corporation will not be responsible for product delivered to unattended locations.

Orders picked up at Kube-Pak Corporation by the customer must be checked for accuracy and quality before leaving the premises.

All claims must have the name & phone number of the person filing the claim, as well as a customer contact.

Request for replacements will be honored as soon as possible, but keep in mind that replacement material may not be available until the following week.  Credit will be issued for the replacement material requested that could not be filled.

DO NOT DUPLICATE CLAIMS.  This will only result in a delay.

If an update is needed on a claim, please mark it clearly. It may be mistaken as a duplicate.
